Manufacturing Plants and Real Estate

For expanding and newly founded companies, it might prove cost-advantageous and time-saving to purchase an existing or shut-down manufacturing plant with the required infrastructure (e.g. cooling, hygiene features, dispatch area with docking stations and roller shutters) as well as having current possession of  the needed (use-)permits and EU-certification. When systematically choosing the location, subsidies may be raised for new investments and the training of new employees - in some cases even for the acquisition of an existing plant.

On the other hand, plants that have been shut-down as a result of down-sizing of uneconomic capacity or due to an insolvency, manufacturing plants, company headquarters and other real estate  need to be actively revitalized. For the seller we supply consultancy services that start with the re-dedication, sale of machinery and equipment, and clearing and may conclude with the launch of facility management principles and other means by which to increase the value of the real estate.

Example:

This meat and sausage factory ceased operations three years ago. By selling it to a market participant seeking to expand, the factory was revitalized and as a result more than hundred jobs have been created.
